01 · The Project

Prime Nautic Systems started from a clear business idea, but without an identity, a communication structure or a digital presence capable of representing the true level of expertise behind the company.

The raw material, however, was solid: more than twenty years of the founder’s professional experience across shipyards, commissioning, refit, onboard systems, yachts and giga yachts, but without yet being translated into a structured positioning and brand.

My role was to transform that technical and operational expertise into a coherent system: positioning, identity, content, digital experience and commercial tools able to communicate with the same market through one consistent voice.

I managed the project end-to-end, acting as the single point of contact and directly coordinating strategy, design, development, content, localization, technical delivery, launch, QA and post-launch support.

02 · Starting Point

Starting Point — From Brief to Brand

The starting point was an essential brief: services, capabilities, potential partnerships and operational areas. No defined positioning, no visual identity, no communication architecture. This was where the transformation began.

The document is shown in its original form, without graphic reinterpretation, to make the real starting point of the project visible.

The Challenge

The challenge was not simply to create a logo or put a website online. It was to build a credible presence from the ground up for a new company operating in the international yachting market, transforming deep technical expertise and a broad range of services into an identity that was clear, coherent and immediately understandable.

The project had to communicate technical expertise, reliability, discretion, continuity and quality while maintaining a visual and communication standard appropriate for the yacht, superyacht and megayacht sector.

Strategy & Positioning

The first task was to give structure to the value that already existed. I analysed capabilities, services, experience and market context to create a positioning able to bring technical management, maintenance, operational support and specialist services together under one identity.

The goal was to avoid fragmented communication around individual services and instead build a broader, recognizable proposition suitable for an international audience.

05

Brand Identity

Once the positioning had been defined, I built a visual identity capable of expressing technical expertise, reliability and quality without losing the premium character required by the yacht, superyacht and megayacht market. Logo, typography, visual tone and art direction were developed as parts of the same system.

The identity was not designed as an isolated element, but as the common language connecting every brand touchpoint.

The project was developed as a custom solution, built around the company, its market and the real value of its expertise.

  • No standardized templates.
  • No interchangeable identity.

06

Web & Digital Experience

The identity was then translated into a coherent digital ecosystem: a responsive corporate website, multilingual architecture, interactive brochure and Digital Business Card. Every touchpoint was designed to maintain visual continuity, content clarity and a user experience suitable for an international audience.

Three different tools, designed to behave as parts of the same system.

Digital Brochure

The brochure extends the brand language into a more editorial and commercial presentation tool.

Prime Nautic Systems Digital Business Card

Digital Business Card

The Digital Business Card transforms personal contact into an immediate, mobile touchpoint consistent with the rest of the brand communication.

07

Content & Localization

The communication was designed to work across different markets, not simply translated. I developed the corporate content and structured a multilingual workflow in Italian, English, Russian and Chinese, using AI as a support tool for localization and verification, with editorial review and final human control to preserve tone, accuracy and brand consistency.

The multilingual architecture was therefore treated as part of the overall experience rather than as a simple duplication of content.

08

AI-assisted. Human-directed.

Artificial intelligence supported the process as an operational tool for research, prototyping, localization, development and verification. Creative direction, decisions, selection, refinement and final control remained entirely human.

AI accelerated parts of the process.

It did not replace design responsibility.

This approach allowed me to manage, as a single point of contact, activities that would normally be distributed across multiple professional roles, while maintaining one consistent direction from beginning to end.

Technical Delivery

The project was managed through to technical delivery: hosting and deployment configuration, technical SEO, metadata and structured data, self-hosted typography, server hardening, security checks, cross-device verification, post-launch QA and complete delivery of the source files.

The delivery also included post-launch support in order to verify the behaviour of the ecosystem once it was live.

The client received the complete project source files, preserving ownership, continuity and operational independence.
