I learned how to build long before software.
I design software, automation, AI systems, digital products and brands from complex ideas, problems and processes. The work remains centred on the people who will use the outcome.
The starting point is often an intuition that is still difficult to explain. My work begins when it needs direction.
02 / Foundations
My path has not been linear.
My background began long before AI. I spent more than twenty years in technical, industrial and high-end shipbuilding environments, working across design, technical office operations, structures, outfitting, site management and operational coordination.
I now work in different fields, but that period shaped my method: precision, responsibility, sound judgement, a broad view of the system, respect for deadlines and practical problem-solving.
At The Italian Sea Group and later at LMN, I was entrusted with increasing levels of management and responsibility. There I realised that I could enter new fields, start from scratch, learn quickly and achieve tangible results.

For me, it means staying clear-headed, taking responsibility and giving direction to the work of people and processes.
I have coordinated teams of up to 24 people in environments where quality, deadlines and safety were non-negotiable. I aim to create responsible, respectful and composed teams that deliver results without compromising the way they achieve them.

AI & Process Automation Specialist
I work on business process improvement and automation, software implementation, AI adoption in operational workflows and integration across enterprise systems, business software and day-to-day operations.
I also train staff to use software. I consider a digital transformation successful when people understand the tools and incorporate them into their work.
05 / How I work
I build alongside the client.
Before choosing the technology, I clarify the problem, the people involved, the decisions to be made and the required standard of quality.
Problem before technology
I listen, ask questions and organise goals, constraints and priorities before choosing tools or architecture.
Client in the process
Video calls, shared work, reviews and decisions are part of the process. The client follows the project as it develops and takes part in the choices.
AI-assisted · Human-directed
I use AI for research, comparison and technical acceleration. Audits and tests help reduce errors; responsibility and direction remain human.
Quality before volume
I personally lead a maximum of two strategic projects at a time. I prefer presence, control and quality over volume.
I take even a small, unclear or difficult-to-explain idea seriously: it is often where useful work begins.
06 / Building firsthand
At some point, I decided to put myself on the line.
After years spent contributing to other people’s projects, I began developing my own: brands, books, software, AI systems and digital products. In every case, I started from scratch and followed the idea through to a tangible form.
07 / Beyond work
Balance, knowledge and discovery.
For more than five years I have followed a continuous path of personal growth through meditation, NLP and awareness. It helps me observe better, listen more and stay clear-headed even in complex situations.
I love quiet, nature and discovering hidden places. I enjoy travelling, fishing, spending time on boats and being with friends. I have a deep passion for Japan and continue to explore its history, culture, people and contemporary society.
08 / Vision
Grow without losing the method.
I want to build a company, a multidisciplinary team and proprietary software products. I will retain strategic oversight and give the team a rigorous method for quality, responsibility, listening and control. Growth must not lower the standards.
