Technical foundation
Design, engineering, production and shipyard operations.
01 / About
Technical background · AI · Software · Leadership
I turn ideas, problems and complex processes into software, automation, AI systems, digital products and brand ecosystems built around the people who will actually use them.
It often starts with an intuition that is still difficult to explain. That is exactly where my work begins.
02 / Foundations
My background began long before AI: more than twenty years in technical, industrial and high-end shipbuilding environments, spanning design, technical office work, structures, outfitting, site management and operational coordination.
That world no longer defines what I do today, but it shaped how I do it: precision, responsibility, decision-making, systems thinking, respect for deadlines and problem solving.
My experience at The Italian Sea Group and later at LMN became the turning point. The level of management and responsibility I reached made me realise I could enter new fields, start from zero, learn quickly and still deliver concrete results.
Design, engineering, production and shipyard operations.
People, responsibility, quality, timing and decisions.
AI, software, web, products and proprietary projects.
Automation, AI, software and enterprise systems integration.
03 / Leadership
It is the ability to stay clear-headed, take responsibility, create direction and move people, processes and ideas toward a concrete result.
I have coordinated teams of up to 24 people in environments where quality, timing and safety were non-negotiable. I want teams that are responsible, respectful, calm and productive: results matter, but so does how you get there.
04 / Today
Costa Group
I work on business process improvement and automation, software implementation, AI adoption in operational workflows and integration across enterprise systems, business software and day-to-day operations.
I also train staff in the use of software. To me, digital transformation only succeeds when people understand the tools, adopt them and genuinely integrate them into the way they work.
05 / How I work
Technology comes later. First come the real problem, the people involved, the decisions to make and the level of quality the outcome needs to sustain.
I listen, ask questions and organise goals, constraints and priorities before choosing tools or architecture.
Video calls, sharing, reviews and decisions are part of the build: the client does not simply receive the result, they experience its evolution.
I use AI as an assistant, accelerator, research tool and technical co-pilot. Comparisons, audits and tests help reduce errors; direction remains human.
I personally lead a maximum of two strategic projects at a time. I prefer presence, control and quality over volume.
An idea should never be underestimated simply because, at first, it is small, unclear or difficult to explain.
06 / Building firsthand
After years spent contributing to other people’s projects, I started building my own. Brands, books, software, AI systems and digital products: different experiences with one thing in common — starting from zero and taking an idea all the way to reality.
07 / Beyond work
For more than five years I have followed a continuous path of personal growth through meditation, NLP and awareness. It helps me observe better, listen more and stay clear-headed even in complex situations.
I love quiet, nature and discovering hidden places. I enjoy travelling, fishing, spending time on boats and being with friends. I have a deep passion for Japan and continue to explore its history, culture, people and contemporary society.
08 / Vision
I want to build a company, a multidisciplinary team and proprietary software products, while retaining strategic supervision and teaching people a precise system of quality, method, responsibility, listening and control. For me, growth must never mean lowering standards.
Understand what exists. Understand what is missing. Design a path. Build it. Make it work.
Tell me the starting point: a problem, an idea, a process or a brand. You don’t need a perfect brief — just know what needs to change.
